99mmr Terms & Conditions and Terms of Service Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between players using the 99mmr platform (https://99mmr.im) and the service provider. By accessing the platform, registering an account, or using any of the services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

These Terms are intended for users residing in Myanmar. Online gaming may be restricted in some countries, and players are personally responsible for ensuring they comply with the laws of their local jurisdiction.

99mmr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years old to use the 99mmr platform. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to access the platform or register an account. If an account is found to have been registered with false information, 99mmr has the right to suspend or close that account and decide how any remaining balance is handled.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may only register one account. If accounts are found to share the same IP address, payment method, device, or personal details, those accounts may be banned and any winnings forfeited.

Duplicate accounts will not be eligible for bonuses — all funds earned from bonuses will be forfeited and the duplicate account will be closed.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

99mmr reserves the right to request personal documents from a player to verify their identity during withdrawals or account reviews. Players must cooperate to complete the verification process. Refusing to cooperate may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.1 Keeping Login Credentials Safe

Players are responsible for keeping their account and password secure and must not share them with any third party. Players are fully responsible for any actions taken on their account by a third party.

3.2 Account Suspension / Closure

Players may contact the support team to request a temporary suspension or permanent closure of their account. To avoid any financial disputes, withdrawals will not be processed during the closure period — this should be done at least 24 hours before the account is closed.

99mmr reserves the right to suspend an account at any time without prior notice if a player is found to have violated the terms and conditions.

4.1 Deposits

• Accepted payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, Bank Transfer
• Minimum deposit amount — 20,000 Ks
• Deposits will be reflected in your account immediately; processing time may vary depending on the method used
• The payment method used must be registered under the same name as your account
• Deposits from third-party names are not allowed — if detected, the funds will be returned and the account will be reviewed

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks
• Withdrawal processing time — normally within 1 hour
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may take longer for accounts that have not completed the verification process
• Funds that have not met the bonus wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn

4.3 Financial Verification

In line with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, 99mmr reserves the right to review any transaction. Reviews will also be conducted if unusual financial activity or bonus abuse is detected.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at 99mmr, you will receive a 100% welcome bonus — up to 200,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus winnings, you must complete wagering of 10x the bonus amount, for example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → 20,000 Ks bonus → balance 40,000 Ks → must complete 200,000 Ks wagering
• Deposit 420,000 Ks → 200,000 Ks bonus → balance 620,000 Ks → must complete 2,000,000 Ks wagering

Winnings from the bonus may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been fully met.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• Every bonus comes with its own wagering requirement — as stated in the relevant offer
• Any existing bonus must have its wagering requirement met before a new bonus can be added
• If gameplay is found to be inauthentic (e.g. hedging bets, patterned betting to exploit bonus), 99mmr reserves the right to void the bonus
• Bonuses cannot be shared with third parties
• Individual offers from 99mmr may carry additional terms, which will be applied alongside these general terms — whichever is stricter will take precedence

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

6.1 Permitted Games

99mmr offers football Sportsbook, Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo), Slots, Crash Games, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D lottery, and more. The game lineup may change, and games may be removed or added without prior notice.

6.2 Prohibited Actions

• Attempting to interfere with or manipulate the platform's software or games
• Using bots, scripts, automation software, or any other means to automate gameplay
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities to gain an advantage in games
• Attempting to access the site from a restricted location (e.g. using a VPN from a blocked region)
• Any action by players that colludes with other players or otherwise harms 99mmr
• Opening an account with false information

Committing any of the above actions will result in account suspension and cancellation of all bonuses and winnings.

6.3 Technical Errors

99mmr reserves the right to void any results and cancel related payouts that arise from game software errors, server issues, or communication failures. Players must notify the support team immediately if they encounter such a situation.

7.1 Budget Management

99mmr encourages players to set their own spending limits. Gaming is a form of entertainment, not a way to earn income. Do not play with more than you can afford to lose.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

12.2 Termination

99mmr reserves the right to terminate service to any player without prior notice — such termination may be carried out on grounds of general violations or legal compliance requirements. Upon account closure, any remaining valid balance will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal policy.
